Our platform offers a seamless integration process, allowing Shopify store owners to effortlessly connect their inventory with our thriving marketplace.
Our merchant dashboard syncs directly with your product inventory on Shopify. You can specify which products are made available to our Sales Channel App via the Products section in your Shopify Admin Dashboard. You will then be able to import your products into the Merchant Dashboard.
Make your products available to the HeyBuddy Shop Sales Channel App (Shopify)
Begin your journey by registering an account and completing the Merchant Onboarding Application. The initial step of the application process will guide you to download the HeyBuddy Shop Sales Channel app from the Shopify App Store. Once installed, simply click "Connect Existing Account" to seamlessly return to the New User Application.
Verify Product Status (Shopify)
Verify that the products you've made available are showing up in the Product Status section of the HeyBuddy Sales Channel app. Since you haven't imported them in the Merchant Dashboard, they will show up as "Inactive".
Import Your Products (Merchant Dashboard)
Navigate to the "Listings" section of the HeyBuddy Shop Merchant Dashboard. In the far right corner, there is an "Import Products" button. This will allow you to import the products you made available to the Sales Channel App, and choose the corresponding product categories.
